Appointments

Appointments can be requested using our online booking system located on the right sidebar; click the ‘Book Online’ button to begin!

Routine appointments:

• Monday: 9:15am – 5:30pm
• Wednesday: 9:15am – 5:30pm
• Thursday: 9:15am – 5:30pm
• Saturdays: 9am to 1pm

Consultations or treatment discussions are offered on Saturdays or as a last appointment during the week, to accommodate working patients or parents who wish to be present. You may choose either office for your convenience. Treatment notes and photos, as well as all administrative information, are available at both offices due to our computerized systems. We recognize that your time is as important as ours and appointments are ‘engineered’ to reflect accurate availability and time requirements. Please be in the office a few minutes early, so we can seat you ‘on time’. Aside from unexpected emergencies you can expect that you will be seated within 15 minutes of your appointed time.

If a scheduled appointment cannot be kept, we ask that you notify us as soon as you know. We can then offer that time slot to help another patient.
